Potluck Lunch
Last Sunday of each month. Next one is Sunday February 22. Bring a lunch item to share and an item for the County of Lamont Food Bank.
Gold Medal Men's Hockey Game
If Canada makes the Gold medal game, the game is at 6:10 am before church. We will put it on the big screen, bring a simple breakfast item to share and enjoy the exciting match together. We will clean up and take time to pray for the service after the game while the music team is getting ready. Too early? Show up any time during the game.
Exploring Faith
Monday nights during our teen Bible study. Starts at 7:15. A chance to explore faith and some of the basic truths of Christianity. Everyone is welcome to join us.
Person of Interest: Why Jesus Still Matters in a World that Rejects the Bible Video Bible Study
Tuesdays at 7 pm at Anderson's (contact church office for directions).
Detective J. Warner Wallace listened to a pastor talk about Jesus and wondered why anyone would think Jesus was a person of interest. Wallace was skeptical of the Bible, but he’d investigated several no-body homicide cases in which there was no crime scene, no physical evidence, and no victim’s body. Could the historical life and actions of Jesus be investigated in the same way? In Person of Interest, Wallace describes his own personal investigative journey from atheism to Christianity as he carefully considers the evidence.
Young Mom's Gatherings and Bible Study
A three times a month gathering for mom's and preschoolers. Coffee is on at 9:30 and we get started at 10. Next dates are Tuesday February 24 and Tuesday March 10.
Men's Breakfast
Last Saturday of each month. Men of all ages are welcome to time of devotions and a hearty breakfast. We start cooking at 8 am and eat at 8:30. Bring an item to share and feel free to join us! The next one will be Saturday February 28.
Ladies Bible Study
Tuesdays at 1- 3 pm at the church. Through the fall we will be looking at the Armour of God in study that is both discussion and video based. Open to all ladies.
Men's Bible Study
Wednesdays at 10 am- noon at the church. We have coffee, talk about the Bible, and spend time in prayer. For any men who have a Wednesday morning free!
Young Adults
For those ages 18-30. We meet weekly for Bible studies and fun events, usually on Thursday evenings. Talk to the church office about being included in the group What's App chat for updates or to find out what is happening this week.
